CREATOR RIGHTS & TAKEDOWN
Pit Culture features creator-led work without claiming ownership of the creator’s original videos, photography or other creator-owned material.
Effective: September 27, 2026
Who owns what
Creators and other rightsholders retain ownership of their original videos, images, audio and other creator-owned material. Coffee X Media and Pit Culture retain rights in Pit Culture-created editorial writing, branding, design and original media. Featuring or embedding third-party creator content does not transfer ownership to Pit Culture.
Source attribution
Creator-led features are designed to remain connected to the originating creator and source. When an original source is available, Pit Culture aims to identify the creator and provide an appropriate path back to the original source or channel.
Copyright or takedown requests
If you believe content on Pit Culture infringes your rights, or you are a creator or authorized representative requesting review or removal of creator-owned material, use the Contact page and choose Creator rights / takedown.
Please include enough information for the request to be investigated, such as your name and relationship to the work, the Pit Culture URL involved, the original work or source you are referring to, the nature of the concern, and a reliable way to contact you.
What happens next
Pit Culture may temporarily hide, remove, replace or otherwise restrict disputed material while a request is reviewed when appropriate. We may retain a record of the request and our response.
Creator posting controls
A creator may also ask Pit Culture to stop considering future work for coverage. Stopping future posting does not automatically erase already-published editorial coverage unless the request also concerns existing material or Pit Culture independently determines that an existing page should be changed or retired.
